We went wild with this one. Teaming up with our Floridian Friends @Civil Society, this 8.2% New England Double IPA is our first foray into the curiosities of thiolized yeast and Phantasm, an extraction of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grape skins. Thiol precursors are some of the organic compounds that contribute those big, juicy and tropical flavors that we love so much in our IPA's. With the Phantasm addition, the thiolized yeast, and a complex dry hop of Talus Lupomax, Citra, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Cashmere Lupomax and Sabro, this beer is evoking strong flavors of painkiller cocktails, coconut milk, and endless fields of ripe pineapple. It is a true definition of the unlockable flavors in modern beer, and we're stoked for you to try it.
